You can install Chasys Draw IES on a PC that meets the following minimal system requirements: Pentium 3 600MHz processor, 512MB of RAM, 550MB of free disk space, monitor capable of 1280x1024 resolution. The Chasys Draw project started back in November 2001 and the application has since evolved from a rather basic bitmap editor to a powerful graphics editing tool. The awesome thing about Chasys Draw IES, a tool developed by self-taught Kenyan programmer John Paul Chacha, tool that used to be known as Chasys Draw Artist, is that you can use it to perform a lot of tasks, from something as banal as viewing and converting images to something a bit more complicated like creating an animation.
